RDM help for working teams

Get the issue into focus.

Harborline helps IT teams classify RDM incidents, collect useful evidence, isolate the affected layer, and leave a resolution trail the next technician can follow.

Choose the closest symptom.

We do not ask operators to diagnose the cause before contacting us. Begin with what the user expected, what happened, and how broadly it occurs.

One queue. Four checkpoints.

Every inquiry is classified by impact, scope, ownership, and evidence quality before changes are recommended.

What useful evidence looks like

Good evidence shortens the investigation and makes vendor escalation far clearer when needed.

  • RDM version and operating system
  • Workspace/data source and entry type
  • Exact timestamp and error wording
  • Affected versus unaffected user comparison
  • Recent configuration, permission, network, or target changes
  • Safe reproduction steps and workaround status

“The Harborline notes read like they were written for the next shift, not for closing a ticket. Our repeats dropped because the learning stayed with us.”
